I love this baguette banneton. I’ve used it a bunch of times now and it works really well and is great for overnight proofing in the refrigerator. I’ve tried it both with the cloth, and without the cloth (but sprinkled the inside with rice flour), both work great!

    Nice length for my 11 x 5 enameled cast iron loaf pan. Wish it was a little taller to better contain the dough and make it easier to flip over into the loaf pan.
