These baskets are really nice quality and the scraper and scoring tools are a nice bonus. You can never have too many scoring blades or dough scrapers. So I purchased the 11 inch which ended up being too long for our 5 qt dutch ovens so the owner of this company sent me the 10 inch at no cost. It was my mistake but they took great care of me. No question I'll be purchasing from Criss Elite in the future.

Glad I ordered the 11" baskets -- lucky for me my typical breads are about 600 grams before baking.... Thought these might still be on the small side... But turned out perfect.....
